Anyone who has been involved in litigation knows from his or her own experience that it is a costly, time-consuming, emotionally draining and often ineffective way to resolve issues. We recognize this as well and while we are ready to represent our clients down the path of litigation, we work to first utilize more client-based means of achieving the desired results. These include processes such as collaborative law, mediation, case evaluation, and other approaches, in which disputing parties and attorneys utilize a problem-solving, non-adversarial method of representation without litigation.

It is for this purpose that the Zeytoonian Center for Dispute Resolution, LLC was launched in 2008, providing more efficient means of resolving conflicts that are less costly, less emotionally draining, less taxing on business relationships and quicker than traditional litigation. The Center’s resources promote settlement by intention and design, responsive to the fact that 98% of the cases filed with courts are settled. This is consistent with our mission of most effectively serving our clients’ needs and we only turn to litigation after other, more efficient and well designed processes have not resolved the dispute.
