Experience:

Lisa Sedrakian represents individuals and businesses in general estate planning and business matters. She represents non-profits in setting up and obtaining tax-exempt status. She also provides services in the immigration area. Prior to joining Hutchings Barsamian, Mandelcorn & Zeytoonian, LLP, Lisa worked in the International Tax Group at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Lisa has taught International Taxation of Outbound Transactions and Income Tax Accounting at Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Accounting.
